Job Description - Front Office Client Officer

My client is an established bank renowned for their strong, stable platform and cohesive company culture. They are currently looking for successful individual to join them in their front office team supporting the sales function.

Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
  • Client & sales support: Prepare client materials (decks/proposals/reports), respond to client queries, share market color, support flow trade execution and term sheets.
  • Internal coordination: Liaise with internal teams for onboarding, documentation/master agreements, and credit applications.
  • Data & admin: Maintain accurate/confidential client & sales records; handle scheduling, correspondence, events, travel and expenses.
  • Risk & compliance: Operate within credit limits; ensure adherence to regulatory/legal/compliance requirements; minimize and escalate operational risks/incidents promptly.
  • Governance & new business: Track mandatory training and governance documentation; stay aligned to approved products; support evaluation/approval of new initiatives through relevant forums.
Requirements;
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of financial products and markets, particularly fixed income and currencies.
