My client is Renowned Healthcare Organization looking for Frontline Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant 

• Office Hour
• Salary up to $2500
• AWS and VB

Responsibilities

· Attending queries to patients

· Promote and educate health services/programmes.

· Attend to patient registration.

· Appointment making

· Billing collection etc.

Requirements:

· Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification

· Good Team player with a passion for service excellence

· Pleasant disposition, personality, and good interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Counterpart.

Other Information

• North or North East Area 5.5 Days Office Hour
• Central 5 Days Office Hour
