Help leading insurers solve their most important strategy and transformation challenges.
We are looking for a high-calibre Manager to join our Financial Services –Insurance Strategy, Operations & Transformation team. You will work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape financial services institutions on growth, distribution, product, operations, customer, technology and regulatory transformation agendas across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
What you’ll work on:
Support strategy and transformation projects across the value chain (Financial Services)
Lead business analysis workstreams across financial services transformation programmes, including banking, insurance, wealth management, capital markets, and regulatory initiatives.
Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, regulatory requirements, and target operating models.
Lead current-state and future-state process assessments, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital enablement
Assess pain points, capability gaps and improvement opportunities across product, distribution, underwriting, new business, claims, servicing, finance, risk, compliance and technology
Design future-state operating models, customer journeys, process improvements, governance models, KPIs, business requirements and implementation roadmaps
Conduct market research, benchmarking, data analysis, data transformation, data migration, stakeholder interviews and workshop synthesis
Support product development and launch readiness, including operational impact assessment, controls, change management, training and go-live planning
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across consulting, technology and deal advisory
Lead a team of consultants on a project, internal strategy and solution building.
Lead and coach junior business analysts, ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and consulting best practices.
What we’re looking for:
8 to 12 years of experience in transformation, operations, product development, transformation or technology-enabled change for insurance firm or consulting/advisory within Insurance Life, Health, General or Reinsurance in APAC
Exposure to strategy, distribution transformation, product launch, operating model design, process re-engineering, digital transformation, data, AI, automation, regulatory change or governance
Experience delivering large-scale technology implementations, cloud transformations, ERP/finance platforms, data platforms, or regulatory programmes.
Strong problem structuring, research, analysis and quantitative skills, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
Ability to move beyond generic frameworks and apply out of box, design thinking and practical approach
Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence producing senior stakeholder-ready outputs
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, resilience, curiosity and ability to work effectively in fast-paced teams
