Full-time Clinic Assistant - Energetic Workplace

Forte Cardiology Clinic is in search of a Clinic Assistant to join our team. 

Position: Full-time Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

•            Front desk tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, 

managing clinic flow, handling phone inquiries, and assisting doctors

•            Dispensing medications

•            Supervising inventory levels for medications, supplies, and equipment, 

including ordering and stock-taking

•            Coordinating with insurance providers and managing e-filing for 

insurance claims

•            Generating invoices and handling payments

•            Assisting in overseeing clinic operations as needed

•            Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the clinic

•            Rotating to other clinics within the company

•            Performing any other assigned duties

Requirements:

•            Preferably Singaporean or Singapore permanent residents 

•            Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent

•            Previous experience in the healthcare/medical industry is 

Advantageous

•            Proficiency in IT and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•            Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•            Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

•            Service-oriented and a team player

•            Energetic, hardworking, and eager to learn

Working Hours:

•            5.5 days per week

•            Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

•            Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Benefits:

•            Salary: SGD 2500-3000 per month
