Functional Business Analyst (Corporate Payments-Internet Banking)

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Internet Banking platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of banking processes, regulatory requirements in Singapore, and a proven track record of delivering digital banking solutions. Prior experience in the Singapore financial ecosystem is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Internet Banking applications.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthrough sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Maintain updated process documentation and business process models.
• Ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and other regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain, specifically with Internet Banking or Digital Banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail banking and digital customer journeys.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Singapore's financial sector.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of MAS regulations, PayNow, FAST, and local e-payment solutions.
• Professional certifications like CBAP, PMP, Agile BA, or Scrum Master are a plus
