Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in the successful delivery of full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementation projects.

• Translate client business requirements into robust and scalable functional solutions within Epicor.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, scoping projects, and preparing proposals.

• Collaborate with and support other team members, fostering a high-quality project delivery environment.

• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct business process analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epicor solutions.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and consulting practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Criteria:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.

·       Proven experience participating in multiple full-cycle ERP implementation projects.

·       Strong functional understanding of Accounts, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory modules.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing workshops.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with ERP-specific reporting tools, data migration, or basic SQL.

·       Exposure to Epicor Kinetic or similar modern cloud-native ERPs (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, BC, F&O, Infor Syteline, Infor M3, Sage X3, Acumatica, NetSuite, SYSPRO.) are advantageous

·       Experience in developing comprehensive end-user training curricula.
