Fund Accountant (Private Equity/ Venture Capital)

Our client is a successful mid- sized venture capital firm-based Singapore and is seeking a Fund Accountant for their growing team.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and manage daily cash activities by working with internal and external teams
• Liaise with fund administrators on investments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and quarterly financial reporting
• Support portfolio reporting by coordinating with investment teams and portfolio companies
• Assist with new fund launches, including onboarding service providers, opening bank accounts, and coordinating with legal counsel
• Support audits, tax processes, investor reporting, and revenue-generating or client onboarding initiatives

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Fund Administration capacity preferably in Private equity or Venture Capital.
• Candidates coming directly from a Big 4 firm with experience working on Private Equity or Venture Capital funds will be considered.
• Adaptable team player with the drive to hustle in a fast-growing environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influential skills to communicate with senior stakeholders to get the work done.
