Fund Admin & Compliance Executive

The individual is responsible for the daily administration of investment funds, ensuring accuracy in valuation bookkeeping and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves working closely with investment managers, auditors, tax agents, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to provide reliable fund administration and compliance services.

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and year-end financial statements, This includes all finance functions related to the Fund Manager and Fund, as well as any related entities or affiliates.
2. Coordinating and managing investor activities, which encompass onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuing shareholder statements. This role also requires handling inquiries from fund administrators, accountants, auditors, regulators, and, importantly, the fund investors.
3. Liaise with the Funds' Managers, Investors, Bankers, Depositaries, Independent Auditors and Other Service Providers to the Funds
4. Ensuring that both the Manager and Funds comply with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), ACRA and IRAS ( FATCA/CRS) guidelines, including compliance and anti-money laundering guidelines. This may also involve support for the Investment Team on potential investments or portfolio company monitoring as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidates are expected to have 3-5 years of experience in a related field such as but not limited to audit, accounting, and fund administration.
• degree in Finance and an excellent understanding of financial data interpretation, including periodic NAV calculations and financial statements.
• Familiarity with fund administrative processes
