Fund Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven VCC Fund Manager to join our fund management team operating under a Singapore-registered Variable Capital Company (VCC) structure. This is a capital-raising focused role that requires the candidate to proactively develop investor relationships, clearly articulate the fund's investment strategies (including Bitcoin and digital asset allocations) to prospective investors, and independently lead a small team to achieve fundraising targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small fund team and club operations

• Drive fund capital raising, fund management, and exit processes; proactively develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors

 • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the VCC fund structure, including:

1. Fund establishment, regulatory compliance, and preparation of relevant documentation

2. Investor relations and ongoing communications

3. Follow-up on investor subscription processes, ensuring due diligence and KYC/AML compliance requirements are met

• Present and articulate the fund's investment strategies to prospective investors, with a focus on digital asset and Bitcoin allocation logic

• Complete other fund operations and business development tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, including banking, securities, private equity, asset management, or investment-related fields; candidates with experience managing small teams are preferred

• Proficient in both written and spoken English at a business communication level; proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and our Investment Director based in Hong Kong

 • Knowledge of digital asset investments, particularly Bitcoin, with the ability to independently present investment strategies to clients

 • Outgoing personality with high emotional intelligence, strong networking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively

 • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ambition and self-drive, able to thrive in a target-oriented environment • Energetic and resilient under pressure, comfortable with flexible working hours and overtime when required

Start Date

 • Candidates must be available to commence employment no later than 30 August 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: SGD $10,000 / month

 • Company equity options: 3% (specific terms to be discussed)
