Your new role

• Fund Operations & Trade Processing: Handle subscriptions/redemptions, platform orders, NAV accuracy, settlement, and SOP improvements.
  
• Onboarding & Due Diligence: Manage KYC/AML, documentation, account setup, and coordination with fund admins, custodians, and distributors.
  
• Trade Lifecycle & Controls: Support trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, break resolution, and accurate recording of fees and corporate actions.
  
• Valuation, Reporting & Governance: Perform shadow NAV checks, prepare investor/fund reports, support audits/compliance, and ensure MAS regulatory adherence.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimally 4 years of experience in fund operations or asset management operations.
  
• Deep knowledge and understanding of fund administration workflows, trade cycles, reconciliation, NAV processes, and distributor models.
  
• Advanced skills in Python, VBA, SQL, and automation tools to drive process efficiency.
