Funds Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund

Responsibilities for the Funds Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund:

• Provide daily operational support across hedge fund strategies and structures
• Manage the full trade lifecycle from trade capture through confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, cash breaks, and position discrepancies promptly
• Perform NAV oversight, P&L reconciliation, and pricing validation in coordination with fund administrators
• Liaise with external counterparties including prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and service providers
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Support new fund launches, account setups, and ongoing static data maintenance
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, documentation, and ad hoc operational projects
• Ensure smooth continuity of operations and high service standards within a fast paced environment

Requirements for the Funds Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in fund operations within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
• Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, global markets, and multi asset instruments
• Exposure to derivatives, FX, rates, or structured products is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Confident interacting with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
