FURNITURE DESIGNER

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualization: Sketch and generate innovative design ideas for commercial, industrial, or residential furniture.

Drafting: Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, models, and renders using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Rhino).

Material Sourcing: Select appropriate materials, evaluating their cost, durability, and sustainability.

Prototyping: Build and test models to evaluate structural integrity, comfort, and wear-and-tear.

Manufacturing Collaboration: Liaise with production teams and suppliers to ensure the design can be manufactured accurately and affordably.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.

Requirements
