Job Title: Better Me (TAL)  Future Leadership Development Program (Singapore)

We are looking for a Team Lead of Curriculum Development and Teaching Management who has solid Singapore ' s education curriculum to join our dynamic team to strengthen our product line.

The Future Leadership Development Program is a specialized fast track for fresh graduates (either in Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree) to take on different projects and work challenges to prepare them in becoming future leaders in the Edtech sector. You will be given opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal programs. These programs are specifically designed to equip you with in-depth business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and review content for Mathematics ensuring alignment with Singapore ' s MOE curriculum and examinations (N2-K2, AEIS, PSLE)；


• Closely monitor students ' progress through regular visits to learning centres；


• Participate in course product design / management discussions ( e . g . curriculum / webinars / subject activities )；


• Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, course delivery (inspiring students' interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, answering students' questions in time)；


• Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarizing learning issues and proposing study suggestions)；


• Other office management and ad-hoc responsibilities.

How You Can Be Qualified:

• Bachelor ' s degree or above;


• Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry . Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground - up;


• Able to work under pressure and is proactive;


• Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication;


• Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and posses a growth mindset and eager to learn new things and personal development.
