FX Trader (Derivatives) - Urgent Position

Key responsibilities

• Knowledge in foreign exchange market & products, especially on USDCNH (Spot, forward, swaps, options & cross currency swaps)
• Assist in managing house FX positions across multiple composition of business background
• Manage the book autonomously (within the risk limits); ensuring that the positions and strategies remain within the specified risk and credit parameters, and identifying potential events/problems that may cause these parameters to be breached
• Generate positive P/L, and have a consistent proven record of it
• Assist in negotiations of ISDA's and clearing broker agreements, etc.
• Managing risk positions for the volatility portfolio

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 1-4 years’ experience in FX derivatives trading
• Proficiency in reading and writing of English and Mandarin for work communication as you would be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients (Reading and writing)
• Knowledge of Derivatives; OTC and Exchange traded products
• Ability to effectively prioritize high importance tasks
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others
• Good with numbers
• Prior experience in management of house positions would be a plus point
