Job Description - Gallery Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to every walk-in customers in the Gallery
Handles sales enquiry for walk-in and call-in customers
Able to work with Product support teams on identifying substitute products to meet customer's needs
Draft quotation for customer support staff to prepare
Meet given sales target monthly and yearly
Ensure full collections from order generated
Compiling of customer's leads data
Follow up after sales service call to customer
Maintenance of Gallery
To update sample books/collections and make sure that discontinued item taken out from the hanger

Job Requirements:

Candidate need to work 1 Sat or Sun periodically, Closed on Wednesday and Public Holiday
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
