Gallery Manager (Lighting)

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in a premium lighting industry to hire a Gallery Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets through consultative client engagement and tailored interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, source, and pursue high-potential sales leads through targeted prospecting methods to expand the market footprint.
• Engage consultatively with potential customers to diagnose their specific requirements and deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
• Negotiate high-impact contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining an exceptional, customer-centric experience.
• Manage and maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline metrics within the CRM system.
• Commit to continuous professional development, consistently expanding product expertise and refining modern sales techniques.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to elevate overall performance and foster a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Lighting Sales, Interior Design, or related industries.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapid rapport and long-term trust with clients.
• Exhibit advanced negotiation and closing capabilities
• Maintain proficiency in CRM platforms and utilize data analysis
• Thrive both independently and collaboratively
• Display a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
