Job Description - General Affairs Specialist (Office Management)

1-Year Contract Position (Potential Conversion to Permanent/Full-Time Role)

 

Your Mission

This position is responsible for managing welfare administration and employee support for HMGICS.

What To Expect

  • Operate and Monitor Employee Benefits Program: Be the champion of our benefits and welfare system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently for all employees.
  • Engage with Employee Feedback: Actively respond to and address requests and feedback related to our benefits program, making continuous improvements based on employee needs.
  • Canteen/Café and Shuttle Bus Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our canteen and shuttle bus services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of convenience and quality.
  • Transportation Support Management: Manage employee transportation allowances and credits, including vendor management, to provide seamless support for our team’s commuting needs.
  • Uniform Management: Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of employee uniforms, ensuring everyone is equipped and comfortable.
  • Maintain an Agreeable Working Environment: Take charge of facility management and the coordination of cleaning services to create a clean, safe, and pleasant workplace.
  • General Vendor Management: Manage relationships with general outsourcing vendors, ensuring top-notch service and value.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general administration, planning and administering executive services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Fluent in English Language (Written & Verbal)
