General Cleaner

The cleaner is responsible to carry out cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the designated sites are in clean and orderly condition.

These includes

1. Clean office floors, (including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping etc.)

2. Wipe down tables, glass doors, and clear individual rubbish bins.

3. Maintain pantry, conference room, office and general area:

• Clearing of waste and rubbish bags to garbage area.
• Wipe tables, counters, and appliances.
• Refill supplies and refreshments.
• Organize cabinets and handle deliveries.
• Clean the fridge weekly, dispose of expired items, and tidy shelves.

4. Maintain restroom cleanliness, including washing, restocking, and cleaning floors. (sufficient cleaning materials and supply)

5. Notify Superior of deficiencies or needs for repairs.

Experience level:

• Relevant experience in cleaning Office cum Factory environment.
• Result oriented, resourceful and independent with minimum supervision.
• Have a good level of hygiene and cleanliness
• Good and responsible team players
• Able to start immediately or short notice of period
• Willing to travel within an area
