Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations

• Recruit and train staff as needed, and provide professional technical guidance and training

• Schedule staff shifts efficiently, taking into account peak hours and seasonal fluctuations

• Order beauty and wellness products—such as creams and essential oils—and replenish inventory

• Arrange for the regular maintenance and servicing of all equipment

• Enforce hygiene protocols at all treatment stations

• Ensure that all treatments meet high-quality standards

• Maintain employee records, including payroll and work schedules

• Promote services, products, and special offers on social media platforms

• Process customer payments and track all transactions

• Keep cost and revenue records up to date (e.g., on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis)

• Organize online contests and offer promotional packages to attract new clients

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a manager (or in a similar role) at a beauty salon, wellness center, or TCM massage clinic

• Solid knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments, as well as related products (e.g., skincare items)

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to handle customer requests and complaints with grace and professionalism
