Job Description - GENERAL MANAGER

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends
Research and identify potential business partnerships, collaborations, and expansion opportunities
Generate and pursue new sales leads by contacting potential partners and prospective clients
Develop and present compelling proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to prospective clients
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business agreements in the company's best interests
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial implications
Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and human resources departments to ensure alignment on business objectives
Set sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators for the business development team
Track and monitor sales progress, revenue growth, and business development metrics
