• Act as a key representative of the company with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in business development, general management, or operations leadership roles.

• Strong commercial judgement with proven ability to scale businesses and manage complexity.

• Solid background in retail, trading, distribution, or consumer-related industries preferred.

• Capable of strategic decision-making while remaining operationally hands-on.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; senior-level experience and results are prioritised.
