General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business performance, and strategic growth of the interior design company. The role involves managing sales, design, project execution, finance, business development, customer satisfaction, and team leadership to ensure profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and potential business risks.
• Establish annual business plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Drive company growth through new business initiatives and market expansion.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Lead sales teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Develop relationships with key clients, property developers, commercial customers, and strategic partners.
• Oversee proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and project tender submissions.
• Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates.

3. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the interior design and project management teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Review project schedules, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices to improve productivity and service quality.

4. Financial Management

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor company profitability, cash flow, and operating expenses.
• Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor all interior design and renovation projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in interior design, construction, renovation, or related industries.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
