Job Description - General Manager

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage staff schedules, ensure a clean and organized environment, and maintain high-quality service standards.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and other staff.
Inventory Control: Order beauty products and equipment, track stock levels, and manage inventory costs.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, potentially including social media promotion.
Client Satisfaction: Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and clients.
