General Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals.

- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facilities, including production, quality control, supply chain, and human resources.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Report directly to the CEO/VP and collaborate with senior management to align on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in management role within the HVAC and Cleanroom industry.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing management software (e.g., ERP, MES).
