1. Guide the company's overall strategy and development direction, formulate and implement corresponding business plans;
2. Responsible for supervising and managing the operations of various departments to ensure the smooth progress of all the company's work;
3. Organize and participate in important decisions and negotiations, and maintain good cooperative relationships with partners and customers;
4. Continue to pay attention to market dynamics and industry trends, and adjust the company's business strategies in a timely manner;
5. Lead the team, train and motivate employees, and improve the overall team's work efficiency and cooperation ability.
6. Participate in various meetings and activities on behalf of the company, maintain the company's image and reputation, and expand business resources and opportunities.
7. Regularly report work status and company performance to the head office, and provide accurate information and decision-making support to the board of directors and shareholders.

8. Frequent business trips to China and Vietnam are required to report work and communicate business decisions with the group.
