★Able to respond quickly to improve the effectiveness of current plans to ensure success in a competitive and global market place.

★Able to spearheads business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities.

★Able to leads all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities

★Beside running the outlets:

*Candidates must have the knowledge of knowing hair-cut skill, color,

perming, all the works that hairstylist can do.

*Able to promote the haircare products to customers according to their

needs.

*Able to manage in helping up when the shops is busy.
