GENERAL MANAGER (BUSINESS MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement business strategies and long-term plans
• Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities
• Set annual goals and align them with the company's vision

2. Financial & Performance Management

• Take full ownership of revenue, profit, and cost targets (P&L responsibility)
• Monitor KPls and business performance
• Adjust strategies to ensure targets are achieved

3. Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations across departments
• Improve processes, efficiency, and productivity
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams

4. Team Leadership & Organization

• Build, lead, and manage cross-functional teams
• Recruit, train, and develop key talent
• Establish performance evaluation and incentive systems

5. Financial Control & Risk Management

• Manage budgets and control expenses
• Approve major investments and expenditures
• Ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant managerial/operational experience.
• Minimum Qualification Level: None Required
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits & Remuneration

• Monthly Salary Range: SGD 10,000 – SGD 15,000
