We are looking for a General Manager to oversee, drive the growth and transform our business with high standards of service in every single touch point at WeBarre. This individual will be responsible for business development, implementation of short & long-term strategic plans as well as owning the P&L to achieve the targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, the hustle mentality, business savvy, has operational excellence and a passion towards empowering others through a nurturing community.

WeBarre is Asia's leading barre fitness studio, with studio locations in Singapore & Hong Kong. We also offer an online platform of livestream and On Demand workouts along with world-class Wellness Retreats and Instructor Training Programmes. The WeBarre workout brings together ballet technique, pilates & strength training - toning, sculpting and building strength through graceful and impactful movements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Growth:
-Provide inspiring & clear leadership to the entire full time management team, part-time front-of-house & instructors
-Develop & implement strategies & campaigns to achieve the company goals & growth targets -Drive business development strategies and implementation to generate leads, nurture trialists, and achieve membership & conversion targets
-Monitor & analyze performance metrics & financial targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure profitability and efficiencies
-Be in touch with the trends and competitors, learning & keeping WeBarre at the forefront of the industry
-Provide leadership and approvals for marketing, business development, operations and scheduling teams that is on brand and delivering to the company’s goals
-Oversee WeBarre Training & Certification programme and our Training Mentors to ensure a good spread of high quality trainings throughout the year, with instructor hiring and headcount in mind -Nurture and bring in beneficial partnerships that drive greater awareness, reach and elevates the brand
-Work together with the Co-Founders and provide regular updates
People Management:
-Nurture & build WeBarre’s culture internally & externally with all stakeholders
-Conduct regular employee meetings, team bonding, trainings & performance evaluations to foster a positive & high-performing work environment
-Plan for the management’s career development and manage their goal & growth plans with 6 monthly reviews
-Onboarding of new hires
-Celebrate star performers and implement strategies for performance improvement plans
-Foster positive relationships and gather insights by being on the ground with clients, our community, and receiving feedback
-Monitor client satisfaction, manage constructive customer feedback and continue to improve the customer experience
