General Manager, New Private Terminal for Commercial Travellers

Changi Airport Group is developing a brand-new Private Terminal (formerly CIP Terminal), designed for those who value discretion, comfort and a more refined airport experience. Opening in mid‑2027, the Private Terminal will redefine the future of luxury air travel, offering premium and exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead the Private Terminal, with overall accountability for business performance, operations and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Private Terminal, with accountability for operations, service delivery and commercial performance


• Drive a seamless, personalised end‑to‑end guest experience across meet & greet, lounge, dining and event spaces


• Develop and execute business and commercial strategies, including pricing, partnerships and new revenue streams


• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting and cost management


• Ensure safe, compliant and resilient operations within a regulated airport environment


• Build and lead a high‑performing team and strong service culture


• Engage key internal and external stakeholders on performance, risks and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, with substantial leadership experience in luxury hospitality, premium services or comparable environments


• Proven track record in managing complex operations and delivering high service standards


• Strong commercial and financial acumen


• Experience engaging senior stakeholders in high‑visibility environments


• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
