Role Overview

Our client, a Singapore-based family office with hospitality interests, is seeking a hands-on General Manager, Operations to oversee hospitality operations, drive commercial performance and uphold service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong F&B foundation, proven pre-opening experience and the ability to lead end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee hospitality operations, service standards and guest experience.
2. Drive F&B operations, outlet performance, cost control and profitability.
3. Lead pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP development and operational setup.
4. Drive revenue growth, P&L performance and operational efficiency.
5. Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
6. Identify opportunities to improve operations and support business growth.

Requirements

1. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related discipline.
2. Extensive hospitality operations experience, preferably across branded hotels, resorts or lifestyle concepts.
3. Strong hands-on F&B experience, ideally with a foundation in outlet operations.
4. Proven pre-opening experience, from operational planning and team setup through to launch.
5. Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience.
6. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. A hands-on, resourceful and commercially minded operator.
