• Lead overall operations and strategy for business growth
• Manage finances, budgets, and cost control
• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with customers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Monitor risks and develop contingency plans
• Analyze performance data and provide insights
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirement:

• Equipped with general knowledge to run & oversee the business operations for SME/startup
• Ability to read & analyze company's financial status & conduct resources management.
