We're thrilled to announce the opening for General Manager reporting to Managing Director, SEA . As the General Manager, Singapore, you will spearhead our domestic business, driving desirability for our unparalleled portfolio of brands. You will set the strategic direction for the market, prioritize the most impactful operational initiatives, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth while empowering the commercial team to achieve ambitious objectives. As a core member of the SEA Executive Committee, you will partner with key stakeholders to advance corporate initiatives, strengthen talent capabilities, elevate operational excellence, and foster a robust corporate culture.
Strategic Leadership and Commercial Performance Management
Develop and execute bold commercial strategies in APAC to maximize opportunities and align with company objectives.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, sales channels, and Route-To-Consumer (RTC) strategies for sustained business performance and market growth.
Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams for impactful, culturally relevant activations that enhance brand equity.
Manage sales budget dynamically, adapting to market and competitive shifts.
Own P&L and drive commercial performance across revenue, margins, profitability, and cost management , with an understanding of commercial drivers in APAC context.
Partner with Finance to track profit, margin, pricing, and key metrics, translating insights into decisive commercial actions.
Own KPI performance, forecast accuracy, demand planning, and channel development (DSO, Volume, NSI, FTT, A&P investment, visibility, stock levels), ensuring timely and accurate Management Reporting.
Spearhead digital transformation for Singapore's Sales and Customer Marketing teams, advancing Future Commerce capabilities and continuous commercial improvement.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Cultivate effective relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, government agencies, and other external bodies, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit.
Serve as MH's senior ambassador in Singapore, representing the company and its brands at events and gatherings.
Forge meaningful connections with key influencers and opinion leaders in the luxury wine and spirits sector to drive brand visibility and advocacy.
Build collaborative relationships with regional teams and Maison for a unified approach to strategic goals and market opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development:
Inspire and lead a high-performing and diverse team of commercially astute professionals, empowering them to exceed sales targets through innovation and collaboration.
Provide decisive commercial leadership, setting ambitious expectations and fostering accountability and ownership in achieving business objectives.

Proven track record of at least 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a strong focus on luxury brands.
Significant experience operating within the Asia Pacific region.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen honed over years in establishing a winning strategy in a competitive market environment.
Excellent leadership capabilities, communication finesse, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a strong executive presence, to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives, showcasing experience in leading large-scale strategic shifts.
Demonstrated ability as a cultural carrier, adept at fostering organizational culture that promotes innovation, diversity, and inclusivity, with a strong understanding of cultural relevancy in business practices and team management within the Asian context.
