Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand market presence and maximize profitability.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Provide visionary leadership to motivate and empower team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements :

• Over 10 years of steel trade experience handling Hot rolled coil, Steel pipe, Steel sheet, Wire rod, Steel bar, etc.
• Experienced with generating over $6 million sales revenue individually
• Established network of customers and contacts within the industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable with an individual contributor sales responsibility.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
