The Company

Our client is an established firm in the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure space. Currently looking to hire a driven leader with industry exposure to infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or related business to oversee the next phase of company growth & transformation.

Requirements

- Ability to drive business growth through market expansion, strategic partnerships and new business initiatives.

- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.

- Strengthen operational effectiveness, project execution and organisational performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners and relevant stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of project-based businesses, infrastructure-related environments, essential services, industrial operations or regulated sectors.

- Experience gained within infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, engineering, or project related sectors.

- Candidates with a finance leadership background, including former CFOs who have demonstrated success in driving business strategy and operational performance will also be viewed favourably.

Job Scope

Our client is an established organization seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Executive Officer to lead the business through its next phase of growth and development. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for defining strategic priorities, strengthening organisational capabilities, driving operational excellence and expanding the company's market presence. This individual will provide strong leadership across the organisation, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations and long-term value creation.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading complex organisations with exposure to large-scale projects, regulated operating environments and multi-stakeholder ecosystems. Working closely with customers, government agencies, industry partners and the leadership team, the CEO will drive business performance, build strategic relationships and position the organisation for sustainable growth. This role requires a leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution, capable of navigating both commercial and operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
