Fine Fragrance Stability & Application Lab Technician - Your future position?

Location: 1 Pioneer Turn

Reports to: Application and Technical Lab Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Design, launch, monitor and evaluate stability studies on fragrance formulations and finished product applications


• Assess physical, chemical, and organoleptic stability under various storage conditions.


• Anticipate formulation risks and identify potential instability mechanisms before commercial launch


• Provide recommendations to improve product robustness, compatibility, and shelf-life


• Interpret analytical and observational results and communicate conclusions effectively to stakeholders


• Work alongside with Technical lab Manager to support perfumes and clients with formulation optimization and stabilization strategies

Project Management

• Manage stability-related activities for multiple development projects simultaneously


• Coordinate testing plans, timelines, laboratory activities and reporting


• Ensure timely communication of results and recommendations to project teams


• Participate in development project meetings and contribute scientific expertise throughout the product lifecycle

Primary Qualifications:

• Diploma in Perfumery, Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology or related field


• No color blindness


• No allergy to scent and soap/surfactant based products
