Global Head of Asset Servicing

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-looking Global Head of Asset Servicing to lead a multi-regional asset servicing organization supporting Global Markets and Wealth Management clients. The role oversees operations across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, driving service excellence, operational resiliency, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience in cross-border asset servicing, strong understanding of Asian markets, and a proven ability to modernize legacy processes in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global asset servicing functions, including corporate actions, income processing, proxy services, client asset protection, reconciliations, and settlement-linked servicing.

• Define and execute the global operating model, ensuring consistent controls, standards, and service levels across regions.

• Drive strategic transformation initiatives, including digital process automation, workflow enhancements, and system modernization across custody and post-trade operations.

• Strengthen risk and control frameworks, ensuring robustness in areas such as operational risk, market deadlines, entitlements, and regulatory reporting.

• Serve as the senior escalation point for priority institutional, wealth, and global markets clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and high service quality.

• Partner with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal & Compliance to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions and support new products or market expansions.

• Oversee global workforce planning, regional team leadership, and capability building across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas.

• Represent the function in management committees, regulatory interactions, industry forums, and due-diligence engagements with clients and market infrastructure partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years’ experience within securities services, asset servicing, or post-trade operations, ideally covering both Asian and global markets.

• Proven experience leading large, multi-region operations teams and driving enterprise-level transformation programs.

• Strong technical expertise in corporate actions, custody operations, market infrastructures, income processing, and cross-border settlement practices.

• Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks across major markets (e.g., MAS, HKMA, FCA, SEC, ESMA).

• Exceptional stakeholder management, client engagement, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across business lines.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferred.
