What You Do - Partner with Global Markets Business Heads to define, drive, and execute strategic business plans aligned to Global Markets' growth priorities.
- Lead the delivery of key Global Markets strategic, business, and regulatory change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and governance standards.
- Establish and maintain robust project/programme governance frameworks, providing effective oversight of resources, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution discipline.
- Lead cross-functional project/programme planning, front-to-back coordination, and end-to-end tracking across multiple delivery streams.
- Manage and oversee concurrent workstreams, identifying interdependencies, risks, issues, and blockers; drive proactive mitigation and timely resolution.
- Design, implement, and maintain programme tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure clear communication, transparency, and senior management oversight.
- Act as a central coordination point between business, technology, and control functions to ensure delivery outcomes are operationally sound, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Who You Are - Minimum 10 years of experience within Financial Markets, preferably in business management, operations to financial markets activities, business development, or project/programme management roles.
- Proven track record in leading complex front-to-back strategic initiatives, business transformation programmes, or regulatory change efforts within Global Markets or related financial services.
- Experience in large-scale project/programme delivery, with strong understanding of business transformation and regulatory change frameworks.
- Delivery-focused with strong analytical, communication, and governance skills, supported by disciplined and structured execution capabilities.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Skilled in fostering collaborative working relationships and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholders and seniority levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline; professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
