Global Social Media Assistant Manager / Manager

Purpose of this Function:

We’re looking for a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and publishing content, monitoring social media analytics, communicating with followers and fans, and staying informed about trends and innovations in social media.
 

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of company's social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
• Actively engage with company's social community regarding our services.
• Generate innovative and engaging social media ideas and campaigns.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overarching marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, assess campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
• Expand current social channels, identify new platform opportunities for growth, and recognize potential opportunities or issues.
• Plan and coordinate social media distribution of regular content, campaigns, and new product releases.
• Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns concurrently, adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Social Media management role.
• Proficient writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for social media posts and campaigns.
• Previous experience in the finance industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Meltwater, SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Monday.com, etc.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
