About the Role

Tanjong Pagar United FC is seeking an experienced Goalkeeper Coach to support the First Team in the Singapore Premier League. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, performance, and preparation of all first-team goalkeepers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct goalkeeper training sessions to improve technical, tactical, and physical performance
• Develop goalkeepers' shot-stopping, positioning, distribution, and communication skills
• Assist with match preparation, performance analysis, and tactical planning
• Monitor goalkeeper performance and provide individual development plans
• Support goalkeeper selection and player assessment
• Prepare training schedules and periodic performance reports
• Maintain records of player attendance, fitness, and performance
• Work closely with the Head Coach, coaching staff, and medical team
• Assist in talent identification and scouting of goalkeepers
• Represent the club professionally and contribute to club activities when required

Requirements

• AFC Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate Level A (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Minimum 3 years of goalkeeping coaching experience at professional or elite level preferred
• Strong knowledge of modern goalkeeping techniques and player development
• Experience in performance analysis and match preparation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a professional football environment
• Strong commitment to discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement
