Golf & Leisure Operations Executive (Expansion Position)

Join us in shaping exceptional experiences at our golf and leisure facility in Joo Koon. As an Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high service standards, and memorable guest interactions across our driving range, indoor simulators, VIP rooms, Pickleball Court, and F&B services. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a passion for operations, hospitality, and delivering great experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across the driving range, simulators, VIP rooms, and F&B areas, maintaining high service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Create exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Support recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of operational teams, including range attendants, F&B crew, and customer service staff.
• Coordinate equipment and facility maintenance, including simulators and tracking systems, to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold health, safety, licensing, and operational compliance standards through effective implementation of procedures.
• Support the planning and execution of member events, promotional initiatives, and corporate activities to enhance engagement and business growth.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years (or more) of experience in operations, customer service, or facility management, preferably within golf, leisure, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
• Familiarity with golf driving ranges, simulators, and tracking/ball systems will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to solve problems and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
• Detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
