Location: Central
Contract Period: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6pm Fri *:30am - 5:30pm
Job Duties:
- Manage daily correspondence and communication with various departments.
- Facilitate the movement of physical files, mails, and parcels.
- Maintain and track digital records, ensuring timely routing.
- Handle physical records, including sorting, packing, and shredding documents.
- Perform lifting and other physical tasks as needed.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the branch.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Teams and Outlook.
• Tech savvy
