[GOV] Admin $2000 Central 1 Year Contract Office Hours - with Growth Opportunities

Salary: $2000 - $2200
Location: Central 
Contract Period: 12 months 
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6pm Fri *:30am - 5:30pm 
 

Job Duties: 

• Manage daily correspondence and communication with various departments.
• Facilitate the movement of physical files, mails, and parcels.
• Maintain and track digital records, ensuring timely routing.
• Handle physical records, including sorting, packing, and shredding documents.
• Perform lifting and other physical tasks as needed.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the branch.

Job Requirements: 

•   Proficient in MS Teams and Outlook.
•   Tech savvy 
•   Only Singaporeans may apply
