We are seeking a high-caliber, market-facing executive to serve as Practice Director within our Government & Public Sector (G&PS) consulting business. Operating at a senior leadership level, this individual will hold primary accountability for commercial growth, high-level client advisory, and strategic relationship management across our public sector portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, commercially driven "hunter" who can navigate the nuances of government projects, orchestrate complex ecosystems, and unlock large-scale digital and organisational transformation initiatives from strategy through to execution.
Own the go-to-market strategy across Singapore’s government ministries and statutory boards
Engage with clients early to co-create demand and build a pre-engaged pipeline instead of just waiting for public tenders
Lead high-stakes proposals, define our commercial positioning, and close the kind of multi-million-dollar deals that reshape public infrastructure
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to high-ranking public sector stakeholders, guiding them through massive organisational and digital shifts
Own the long-term account strategies, navigating multi-layered agency ecosystems to cross-sell capabilities
Expand our footprint across the entire civil service through strong relationship equity
Build and leverage powerful alliances with global tech giants, hyperscalers, and system integrators
Drive strategic co-selling and co-delivery models to ensure our firm remains the preferred partner in the government technology ecosystem
Strengthen our firm's overall competitive position through continuous partner alignment
Take direct accountability for revenue targets, pipeline conversion rates, and the profitability of your accounts
Provide executive oversight on high-priority programs without getting bogged down in day-to-day execution
Step in as the senior escalation point to solve critical challenges, manage delivery risks, and protect long-term client satisfaction
You have spent at least 15 years operating at a high level within top-tier consulting practices, enterprise tech vendors, or inside the public sector itself
You are a natural relationship builder with a sharp commercial mindset, meaning you can talk technology value with a CIO and profitability with an internal board
You possess an unshakeable understanding of the Singapore public sector landscape, including how local ministries buy and how government policies shift
You know how to successfully navigate complex public procurement, compliance, and security frameworks
You hold a Bachelor’s degree
Your primary impact will be judged on your ability to win major deals and hit revenue growth targets
You will be evaluated on the depth, maturity, and sustainability of your C-suite networks across government agencies
Success means maintaining high client satisfaction that turns one-off projects into long-term, cross-agency business expansion
