[GOVT] Admin Executive (Entry Level / Contract / Social Service) JL

Working Location: Islandwide
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Background:

This is a generic job posting for Entry Level applicants who are interested in a role within the Social Service sector. More details will be furnished during the screening process.

Responsibilities:

Your job duties may involve:

• Processing of Applications: Assist in processing and assessing online applications received in the system.
• Training Administration: Assist in training logistics such as setting up and tearing down of training venues, coordinating refreshments, and tech support.
• Data Management: Collecting, analysing, and presenting data on dashboards. (IT background preferred)
• Customer Service: Assist members of the public in promoting the use of digital/online services to apply for financial assistance. (Digital Ambassador)
• General Administration: Coordination of meetings, minutes taking, tracking of returns, data entry, etc
• Fieldwork: Assist Adult Protection Officers in field work.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
   

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Early Childhood Education or other relevant disciplines.
• Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
• Entry Level applicants with interest in the Social Service sector are welcomed to apply.
