GOVT* Business Operations Manager

GOVT: We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to support organisational planning, business operations, staff engagement, and strategic initiatives.

This role works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive operational excellence, coordinate key initiatives, support workforce planning, manage vendor relationships, and organise staff engagement programmes.

• Monday to Friday, Office Hours (Hybrid) 
• Up to $8,500/month + 1 Month Bonus
• 1year contract 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business planning, operational initiatives, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate and track organisational projects, strategic initiatives, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain workforce and organisational information for planning and reporting purposes.
• Manage vendor-related activities, including procurement coordination, contract renewals, and performance tracking.
• Support the management and utilisation of external research and knowledge resources.
• Organise townhalls, onboarding programmes, learning sessions, and staff engagement activities.
• Support knowledge-sharing, organisational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes and activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience in business operations, corporate planning, organisational development, internal communications, or stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Singaporean only.
