During Training (First 3 Months):
Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
When go LIVE:
Shift A: Mon to Thurs – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift B: Mon to Fri – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM & Sat – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
· Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.
· Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of manpower, claims and complaints
· Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures
· Able to sense potential issues that may be life threatening, implication to livelihood.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers
· Ability to recognise Crisis call and react immediately, yet calmly, to crisis situations and quickly build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
Requirements:
- Having call centre experience is advantageous
