Survey Experience Officer

Salary: $3,000 allowance
Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 days work week from Monday-Sunday)
Work location: Nearest station - Clarke Quay/ Chinatown/ Novena

Job Description:

Complete survey via phone and field visit

Schedule interview appointments with respondents

Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data

Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents

Data entry for completed surveys

Status update report to supervisor

Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience

Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

1. Able to work in fast-paced environment

2. Able to speak / communicate fluently

3. Experience in KPI positions

4. Proficient in excel (VLOOKUP, Filter functions)
