Support Government Project - 1 year
Hybrid working arrangement
Attractive salary package with bonuses and incentives
On job training provided
Choose your preferred shift between Day/Night

Working hours:

Day shift: 815am to 530pm and 11am to 815pm (Biweekly rotating, 5 days between Mon to Sun)
Night shift: 8pm to 8am (2-2-3 shift, 15 working days in a month)
Salary: Basic + Shift allowance + Incentives + AWS

Job scope:

Answer incoming calls on general inquiries from members of the public.
Provide accurate information and provide assistance to customers on technical issues such as password reset etc.
Provide 1st level troubleshooting and escalate complex cases to the relevant product teams.
