Job Details

Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: 5-Days Work Week (Morning + Evening Shift)

Work Type: 9 to 12 Months Contract

Salary: Up to $ 2,700 per month + Allowance + AWS

1-month Completion Bonus & Allowances

What you will be working on?

Assist in helpdesk function for users of the website & application etc.,
Handle incoming calls from users
Perform data entry and record management
Assist users to solve basic technical problems such as password reset
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

Singaporean only
Minimum O-Level in any discipline with good command in English.
Prior call centre experience would be an advantageous.
