Position: Temporary Executive (Digitalization Project) 

Location: Clarke Quay/Chinatown 

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension) 

Salary: $2390 

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conversion of physical documents into digital format through scanning and meticulous categorization
• Spearhead the seamless movement of documents to and from file owners, ensuring efficient and organized processes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate prompt dispatch and receipt of documents, fostering smooth communication channels
• Craft simple yet effective cover letters for dispatch and collection transactions, ensuring accurate acknowledgment and documentation
• Provide invaluable support for various administrative tasks as delegated by supervisors

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Diploma qualification, with a keen interest in digitalization and document management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat, equipped with the necessary technical skills to operate photocopying and scanning equipment
• Singaporean citizenship required
