Job Description - Graduate Hire 2024/25 - Merchant Management Associate

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage day-to-day merchant communications, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Analyze merchant data and metrics to help identify trends, support business reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Coordinate with these teams to address issues or implement new initiatives.

Participate in projects focused on process improvement, merchant satisfaction, and team efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchant management best practices.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.

Demonstrate logical thinking, strong communication, teamwork, and execution skills.

Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
